Definitely not "Eskimo", I'm an Inuk(Eskimo) and have never heard the language in which they are singing in.

These are not Eskimos.. they are Mongolian Throat singers and what they do with there voice is purely incredible... they basically can produce three harmonic tones at the same time from one person. Takes years of practice.
